We are privileged to share that Sequoia has received the SHRI 2021 Employee Engagement Silver Award!
We would like to thank SHRI and the panel of judges for the recognition. As a Leadership and Organisational Development firm, this is especially meaningful as Sequoia’s purpose is to create organisations truly worthy of people’s commitment.
For the past 20 years, we have partnered with numerous internal HR champions to deliver solutions that help translate this vision into reality. We are glad that today, we are able to say we are doing the same for our people, our fellow Sequoians.
Engaged organisations are characterised by employees who put in discretionary effort, which means this is a choice! We must not forget — all our employees are volunteers — they are paid volunteers but they have a choice and they chose to work with us, contributing their talent, energy and resourcefulness.
Fellow Sequoians — I owe you my sincerest appreciation — for your care, choice and your commitment. When we went through the firm’s most difficult time in 2019–2020, you stood by us, making sacrifices to pull us through. On behalf of Sequoia Group and my partner, Shang, we want to dedicate this award to you all. Heartfelt thanks!
